First up and maybe for a lot of people, the number one reason to move to Saskatoon is affordability.

Saskatoon has a lower cost of living than many other major Canadian cities, which means you get more bang for your buck. The real estate market is very affordable, making it a great place for first-time home buyers or those looking to upgrade their living space.

And with the strong economy in Saskatoon, you can be sure that your investment in a home here is a wise one.

Second outdoor activity. Saskatoon has a wide range of outdoor activities to enjoy the Meewsin is a natural park that runs over 105 kilometers along both sides of the river, winding under the bridges and through the beautifully landscaped parks and natural areas, residents and visitors flock to the trail to cycle, jog, stroll, or simply gaze at the scenery. You can go hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.

And in the winter you can go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating. Enjoy the activities without having to leave the city and enjoy the river and cityscape views.

Third cultural events. Saskatoon has a thriving arts and cultural scene with a variety of festivals and events throughout the year from the Saskatoon jazz festival to the Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan festival, and the Saskatoon fringe festival.
